She currently offers individual and couples therapy to mostly Black women and BIPOC LGBTQ+ adults in her private practice, where she also provides supervision, consultation, training, and group wellness experiences. Aja is the founder of Honey Love Connections, a service that facilitates intentional speed dating events, provides relationship coaching, and other love and relationship support for Black and POC LGBTQ+ folks seeking intimacy and healing through relationships. Aja is also a mother, a teacher, a Taurus sun/comfort seeker, and a lifelong student of life.
